WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION

EUROPASTA a.s., as an obliged entity pursuant to Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers, has introduced an internal whistleblowing system that enables authorised whistleblowers to report possible violations that have occurred or are about to occur at EUROPASTA, a.s.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

This project aims to support the improvement of the qualification of employees with the lowest possible burden on the companies themselves. Participating companies will receive financial support in the form of free courses.

WHAT PROBLEM DOES THE PROJECT ADDRESS

The project aims to increase the professional level of knowledge, skills and competences of employees and to increase the adaptation of newly recruited employees.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES

The aim of the project is to increase the professional level of knowledge, skills and competences of the employees of the member companies of the South Bohemian Chamber of Commerce (JHK) and to improve the match between the qualification level of the workforce and the requirements of the labour market (requirements for the work activities performed). The project aims, among other things, to increase the adaptability of older workers.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Thanks to the subsidy project Age management, Europasta SE is one of the employers who are aware of the importance of the so-called working ability of individual employees and related factors. Age management and the measures that will be applied to the management of the organisation thanks to this project will support the future success of our company. We want to introduce age management as a management tool in the Litovel, Tři Dvory division, thanks to subsidies. Our goal is to subsequently use our own resources to extend the Age Management project to the entire company, including the Boršov nad Vltavou division.

WHAT PROBLEM DOES THE PROJECT ADDRESS

The project addresses various topics related to AM, for example the AM system as a management tool, training and development of AM managers, intergenerational cooperation and generational change, career changes, succession and managing changes related to the demands of Industry 4.0.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES

The aim of the project is to use the theme of AM for the future prosperity of the individual and society as a whole. This is done through tools and activities that are related to the individual’s ability to work. We realize that the theme of individual performance is a limiting element of any society. We want to create a system of work that will support the performance of the individual and therefore the whole society.

The project will enable the implementation of corporate training for employees of Europasta SE and for employees of Mlýn Kojetín, spol. s r.o. In order to identify specific training courses suitable for employees, a training needs analysis was carried out in the company. The project aims primarily at the development of working knowledge, skills and competences necessary for the quality performance of work at the employers in question.

PROJECT OBJECTIVE

The aim of the project is to implement comprehensive measures to achieve energy savings. Energy savings will be achieved by reducing both electricity consumption and natural gas consumption.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE OPERATION

This project’s object is to implement comprehensive energy saving measures. The submitted project is directly related to the core business of Europasta SE. The project will strengthen the competitiveness of the company by reducing operating costs. The sustainability of the project is thus ensured from the point of view of necessity in order to ensure energy and, of course, environmentally friendly production.
